History of Bharat Mata Temple
The Bharat Mata Temple dedicated to all patriots and freedom fighters was built by Swami Satyamitranand Giri ji. It was inaugurated in 1983 by the Prime Minister of India, Mrs. Indira Gandhi. Mother India Temple is built just ahead of Vaishno Devi Temple. This temple is very famous all over India. It is made of eight storeys. On its various floors, multi-dimensional images of India have been shaped through sculptures and paintings in the form of Shoor Mandir, Mother Mandir, Sant Mandir, Shakti Mandir, and Bharat Darshan.
